Shipping Destinations
ESR currently ships to the following countries and regions:
Americas: Canada, Mexico, United States
Africa and the Middle East: Saudi Arabia, South Africa, United Arab Emirates
Australia, Asia, and Pacific: Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic (Czechia), Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
Some remote areas such as military bases, or overseas territories may not be reachable due to logistical constraints.
Order Processing and Tracking
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has shipped. You can track the shipment using the link in the notification, check the order history on the website for shipment details, or click here to track your order.
If you haven’t received a shipping notification within 3 business days of placing an order, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

The email may have been sent to your spam folder.

The product you purchased is temporarily out of stock or has just sold out. In this case, your order will be processed from another warehouse.
Shipping times typically do not exceed 10 business days. If you have any questions, you can always reach us at here.
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel the order and request a refund before the order is shipped, please follow these steps:
1. If you have an account with us:
- Log in to our website using your account credentials.
- Navigate to the "My Orders" menu.
- Locate the order you wish to cancel and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.
2. If you do not have an account:
- You can register an account by clicking here.
- Once registered, your order will be automatically associated with your new account.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you used an ESR account when placing an order you would like to cancel, please log in to cancel the order and request a refund.
Delivery Times and Shipping Costs
For the following countries and regions:

Western Europe
all orders are typically shipped from local warehouses or regional hub warehouses, with an estimated transit time of 3-7 business days.
(Note: If an item is out of stock at the local warehouse, your order will be shipped from overseas, with an estimated delivery time of 7-15 business days.)
For all other countries and regions, orders will be shipped from overseas warehouses, with an estimated transit time of 10-25 business days.

Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur for the following reasons:
- The package is in transit and requires additional time to reach the next distribution point.
- The package has arrived in the destination country and is undergoing customs clearance.
- Force majeure factors, such as severe weather, postal strikes, etc. In most cases, tracking updates will be available within 5-7 business days, and the package will be prepared for delivery.

Split Shipment (Item Missing)
Normally, products from the same order are delivered together. However, depending on the product type and shipping method, items may be shipped separately. Please check your email notifications to track the status of all packages.

Order Information Update
Order information such as the product of delivery address can only be changed before an order is shipped. To do so, contact us here.
Once an order has been shipped, the information cannot be changed.
(Note: If a package has not been delivered because the buyer provided an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any loss incurred.)
