You can earn Super User Points by:
- Filling out your profile (you’ll earn a one-time bonus when you first add your name, phone number, and date of birth)
- Setting up your email preferences
- Purchasing products
- Referring a friend

You will receive your Super User points 30 days after your order is completed.

After logging in, you can view your points points balance under My ESR Points.

Super User Points expire one year from the date they are earned and will be removed from your points balance.

Yes, if you do not complete any purchases during a complete calendar year, your membership level will be adjusted accordingly.

Yes, Pro and Premium members can transfer their points to another ESR account.

If you return or cancel an order, the Super User points earned for that order will be deducted from your points balance.

No, products ordered by redeeming points are shipped separately from purchased items.

ESR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Points Rewards Program or individual participation for any reason at its sole discretion. If abuse, fraud, or a violation of the Terms of Service is detected, ESR may suspend accounts and revoke earned Points Rewards.
