1. The program is open to anyone registered on esrtech.com. To participate, provide a valid email, agree to the terms and conditions, and you're set to refer friends and family.
2. Referring yourself is not allowed; this includes using the same email, IP address, or browser session. Non-compliant referrals will be deemed invalid.

Log in to check your referral status. To ensure your referral is successful, make sure these conditions are met:

1. The referred person must use your referral link, submit their email, and make their first purchase on esrtech.com.

2. ESR checks orders to confirm no refunds were requested within 30 days after shipment. Once these conditions are met, you'll receive an email notification to claim your reward.

1. If a referee signs up for an ESR membership using your referral link, you will earn points.
2. If the referee makes their first purchase through your link and doesn’t request a refund within 30 days, you will receive cash back.

1. Log into the ESR Referral Program and click Your Rewards to view the status of your referrals.
2. When a referral makes a purchase, you'll see the order with Ordered as its status—this means the referral was successful, but the reward is pending review.
3. Rewards are reviewed within 30 days of the order. Once approved, the order status will remain as Ordered, and you’ll receive an email notification to claim your reward.

1. After logging into the ESR Referral homepage, go to Withdrawal, choose the amount you want to redeem, and then click Withdraw to begin the process.
2. When your withdrawal is requested, you will receive an email with an Amazon gift card in the corresponding amount, typically within 7 working days.

ESR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or individual participation for any reason at its discretion. ESR may suspend accounts and revoke referral rewards in cases of detected abuse, fraud, or violations of Terms of Service.
