This thing was great. I loved it, enjoyed using it. It was very convenient haven’t had very long. Today it decides to not work anymore. I am burned by ESR now that something I have used doesn’t want to work anymore. This is a major bummer because the thing that makes the noise for people who complain is the best part. It has a built in fan that keeps your iPhone cool while fast wirelessly charging. I have two of the car ones but after this experience it will be very hard to buy another or recommend.Update 12/30/2024-ESR reached back out to me and offered a replacement. However the one I ordered sold out so they offered me the newest most comparable one. Their customer service is beyond my expectations. I will now change my one star to five stars for their customer service alone.

I hadn’t heard of ESR until I watched a recent video from a popular tech YouTuber who mentioned ESR, I needed a MagSafe charging stand and this stood out, and I’m so glad I picked this one.
