I have been using the magsafe phone mount for the past 2 months. Design wise it is great - highly adjustable and the magnet is strong. Sadly it the fastening plastic ring suddenly broke in the middle of a ride (no offroad or something of that sort) and now I cannot use the mount anymore - the phone is facing downwards.I have contacted ESR a couple of days ago but no response yet. They promise a 24 hour max until initial response.An Update - ESR have reached out and are sending a replacement part.To summarize - It is a good product from the functional perspective. I hope that this issue was a one time thing but it is good also to know that ESR stand behind their warranty
