If the case you ordered doesn't fit your device, please provide us with your device model name or number. We'll send you the correct size, with no returns necessary.

All of our clear phone cases are made in whole or in part using the highest-quality TPU, which maintains its clarity for as long as possible. However, TPU is prone to yellowing over time due to exposure to sunlight, sweat, and/or skincare products.

To prevent yellowing, it is recommended to clean the inside and outside of the case regularly using an alcohol wipe and avoid exposing it to sunlight, sweat, and/or skincare products for prolonged periods.

If your case turns yellow during the warranty period, please contact us, and we will provide a free replacement with no returns necessary.

To keep the Camera Control cover working smoothly in all conditions, we designed a small gap between the button and the case. This prevents the button from getting stuck while ensuring a seamless user experience.

To ensure optimal responsiveness, follow these steps:

1. Gently wipe the surface of the Camera Control cover using a soft cloth dampened with a small amount of alcohol.
2. Keep your fingers clean and dry during use to prevent sweat or dirt from affecting touch sensitivity.

If the button feels too stiff:

1. Remove the phone case
2. Gently move the Camera Control cover and press it inward
3. Reinstall the case, starting with the side away from the Camera Control cover

If the button feels too lose:

1. Remove the phone case
2. Gently move the Camera Control cover and press it inward
3. Reinstall the case, starting with the side closest to the Camera Control cover
